Casablanca Stock Exchange: New Decline for the MASI, Down 1% at Close on Reduced Volumes

The Casablanca Stock Exchange saw another decline on Monday, continuing the downward trend that began last week. At the close, the MASI index fell by 1.06% to 19,064.05 points, bringing its annual performance to +29.04% on limited trading volumes of 151.7 million dirhams.
In terms of trading volume, Marsa Maroc led the exchanges with 26.2 million dirhams traded at 967.00 dirhams, down 1.32%. Attijariwafa Bank closely followed with 26 million dirhams exchanged at 745.00 dirhams, a decrease of 2.74%. TGCC also saw a decline of 2.45%, closing at 915 dirhams on 24 million dirhams traded. The market capitalization continued to shrink, now standing at 1,008 billion dirhams.
On the upside, Salafin recorded a gain of 5.91%, reaching 609 dirhams. Promopharm also saw an increase of 5%, closing at 1,449 dirhams. Conversely, the most significant declines were observed in CMT, which fell by 4.79%, and Delta Holding, which decreased by 4.07% to 75.02 dirhams.
In other news, Akdital successfully completed a bond issuance of 1.2 billion dirhams to finance its international development. Additionally, a strategic partnership was established between the Alliances Group and Rixos Hotels in the luxury hospitality sector. Delta Holding reported a 4% decrease in revenue for the first nine months of 2025.
