Capital Markets: Fundraising Exceeds 53 Billion Dirhams by the End of June 2025

As of the end of June 2025, fundraising in the capital markets totaled more than 53 billion dirhams. This figure includes bond issuances amounting to 23.3 billion dirhams and negotiable debt securities (TCN) totaling 28.44 billion dirhams, according to the monthly indicators released by the AMMC for June. Additionally, capital securities issuances reached 1.97 billion dirhams. The outstanding amount for securities lending operations stood at 36.6 billion dirhams by the end of June 2025, reflecting a 1% increase since the beginning of the year and a 34% rise year-on-year. In June 2025 alone, capital fundraising amounted to 17.75 billion dirhams, with 13.8 billion dirhams coming from bond issuances and 1.97 billion dirhams from capital securities issuances.
