The Competition Council has been notified of an economic concentration operation involving the companies "Alphavest Investment Management SAS" and "Best Financière SA," alongside "Valoris Group SA." This operation entails their joint control of "Valoris Management SA" through the acquisition of 25% and 10% of its share capital and associated voting rights, respectively. "Alphavest Investment Management SAS" primarily focuses on the investment and management of securities for its own account. Meanwhile, "Best Financière SA" is mainly engaged in the investment and management of stakes in various sectors, including distribution, medical equipment, financial services, real estate, and media. Notably, it is the majority shareholder of the Label'Vie group. "Valoris Management SA" serves as the asset management company for the Valoris group and is recognized as the largest independent player in the asset management sector.
