
Overview of AMMC Approvals
The Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) has announced the issuance of six licenses and seventeen visas to several asset management companies, as detailed in a recent notice on its official website.
Licenses Granted to Asset Management Firms
Among the recipients, TWIN CAPITAL GESTION received licenses for two of its funds: TWIN PERFORMANCE, categorized under equities, and TWIN LIQUID BANK, classified as an OCT fund. Both licenses were granted on December 8, 2025.
Additionally, ADVISORY AND FINANCE ASSET MANAGEMENT secured a license for its AFG ALLOCATION FUND, which falls under the diversified category, on December 30, 2025.
BMCE CAPITAL GESTION also received licenses for two funds: MAROC VALEURS, categorized as equities, and SICAVENIR, classified as an OMLT fund.
Furthermore, CDG Capital obtained a license for its FSEC II OMLT fund on December 30, 2025.
Visas Issued for Various Fund Categories
In terms of visas, the AMMC granted a total of seventeen to two asset management firms. QUANTUM CAPITAL GESTION received three visas, while SAHAM CAPITAL GESTION was awarded fourteen visas.
These visas encompass a range of fund categories, including OMLT, OCT equities, contractual, diversified, and monetary funds.
