In total, the AMMC issued 2 licenses and 18 visas to different management companies, as stated in a note published on the Authority's website.
The licenses were awarded to BMCE Capital Gestion for two funds: the FCP Capital Imtiyaz Trésorerie (monetary category) and the FCP Capital Dividendes Plus (equity category), both approved on July 31, 2025.
Regarding the visas, they were granted to seven management companies: Advisory and Finance Asset Management (1 visa), Capital Trust Gestion (1 visa), CIH Capital Management (5 visas), CDG Capital Gestion (4 visas), Wafa Gestion (2 visas), CFG Gestion (2 visas), and Atlas Capital Management (2 visas). These visas cover various categories of mutual funds, including diversified, monetary, OMLT, equity, and OCT.
It is important to note that the net assets under management of mutual funds continue to represent a significant volume in the Moroccan financial ecosystem.
