Akdital announces the acquisition of Abdul Rahman Al Mishari Hospital in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

This operation marks a major strategic step for AKDITAL Group, solidifying its international expansion process in line with its vision for global development. Founded in 1987 by Dr. Abdul Rahman Al Mishari, a renowned gynecologist in Saudi Arabia, the hospital has been distinguished by its medical excellence and commitment to international quality standards. With over 140 hospital beds and more than 500 employees, the facility provides a wide range of healthcare services including multidisciplinary medical and surgical activities and over 44 consultation clinics. Abdul Rahman Al Mishari Hospital enjoys national and international recognition, evidenced by prestigious awards and national and international accreditations including Saudi Central Board For Accreditation Of Healthcare Institutions (CBAHI), Joint Commission International (JCI), Accreditation Canada, American Association of Continuing Medical Education (AACME). The acquisition is subject to approval from Saudi regulatory authorities.
